Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items generally ship the same business day if ordered by 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Hunting, fishing, and camping products generally ship within 1-3 business days.

How much is shipping?

Unless otherwise noted, we will ship your entire order for just $8.99  via UPS or FedEx.  Some items may be quoted the carrier’s published price to increase costs of shipping.
All Plantronics items in the U.S./Canada will ship free of charge regardless of dollar amount.

How do I track my order?

A UPS or FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.  You can also obtain tracking numbers from your online account by following these simple steps:

Step 1 - Go to our secure Sign In page and enter your Albany Distributing e-mail address and password.

Step 2 - Once you're signed into your Albany Distributing account, click "My Account" at the top of the page and then click the "My Orders" tab. 

Step 3 - After you have located your order, look at the bottom of the order receipt/invoice page.  If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shown.
