Sales Tax

If your order is shipped within the State of New York, an 8% sales tax will be collected unless you have a valid tax exemption certificate on file. To become tax exempt, please download and complete the New York State ST-120 form and return by fax to 1-800-743-8618. Once we have verified your tax exemption certificate, we will configure your account not to collect sales tax for future orders. Sales tax that had been previously billed to you is refundable, however must be requested in writing. Fax your request to 1-800-743-8618.
