Returns & Exchanges

General Returns Policy

Unless otherwise stated below, you can return items within 30 days of the ship date. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMAs are valid for 30 days.

All items must be in original packaging. All accessories from the original shipment must be included. (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.)

The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to our warehouse.

Albany Distributing will send a pre-paid label via e-mail if an order is a result of our error. Please print the label and affix it to your package.

If you are ineligible for an RMA, please contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returns at Albany Distributing, all items are inspected. Your refund will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) for your return to be processed. Your refund may take 1 to 2 additional days to post to your original method of payment.

We will notify you via e-mail with the details of your refund as soon as it has been fully processed.

Special Return Policy

The following products, if returned opened or in non-factory sealed box, may only be returned in exchange for the same product: Software, DVDs, and Video Games.  Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product.

Oversized Item

Most oversize items such as TVs 27 inches and larger and refrigerators may require special freight delivery service. Please carefully inspect the item before you sign to accept the shipment.
