Unlike other distributors, we have no requirements where you sell or promote our products at.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time/Eastern Daylight Time. Our phone lines are closed on the weekend; however our Customer Service department may answer e-mails on the weekend.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

A resellers permit (or resale license) is required in order to avoid paying sales tax on items you are going to resell. To get a resellers license you first have to enroll with your state tax department, which involves getting a Sales Tax ID number.

We will ask you to submit a copy of your resale certificate during your enrollment to become a reseller. If you do not provide a resale certificate, then we must collect 8% sales tax for purchases delivered to addresses in New York State (NYS) or New York City (NYC).
