Minimum order amount requirement:

Albany Distributing does NOT charge a handling fee, a drop ship fee, or have a minimum order requirement! Thus, allowing our resellers the opportunity to maximize their competitiveness each and every day. How can we do this? It's simple, the more resources we supply you, the more you sell. In addition, our systems are as automated as possible to conserve our overhead. Albany Distributing requires our resellers to utilize our online ordering capabilities to help conserve these valuable resources (see our Online Account Management Resources below).

Batch order upload and web order interface:

Albany Distributing has two convenient methods for our resellers to submit orders. One option is via a flat file (batch file) and the other is through a web interface using our site.

Here is some additional information for flat file order submissions:

• Using Albany Distributing’s standard flat file format:
  • Once you are logged into your account you can download the template, populate it with your order details, and e-mail to Albany for processing.
• Yahoo! Store resellers (Merchant Standard or Merchant Professional accounts only)
  • Resellers with a Merchant Standard or Merchant Professional account can export their orders out of their Yahoo! Store Order Manager in CSV format. This will create several CSV files; however you only need to e-mail the “Items.csv” and “Orders.csv” files to Albany.
• Custom flat files
  • Albany Distributing’s IT department will be happy to assist you in creating a custom flat file to match our import specifications. There is a fee associated with this service, so please contact your Albany Distributing Account Manager to discuss.

Albany Distributing is proud to be a "Best Price" distributor for Plantronics products. However we felt that just wasn't enough. Albany Distributing has combined our Best Price with Free Freight on all our Plantronics products. Thus, ensuring we are maximizing your competitiveness everyday!

No Canadian border fee program:

Albany Distributing waives all border charges to our Canadian resellers. You must download, complete, and fax back our Canadian Shipment Authorization to qualify for this incentive.

Online Account Management:

• Capabilities include: web order entry, order status and online tracking, downloadable billing statements, and more!
• Catalog file downloads complete with categorization, cost, MSRP, inventory, and more.
• Image zip file downloads that contain product images (small and large sizes) and manufacturer logos.
