We want you to be completely satisfied with your Plantronics purchases. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied.

Albany Distributing offers the best return policy on all Plantronics headsets and accessories. You may return any Plantronics product to Albany Distributing within 90 days of receipt of delivery.

Q: Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
A: Unlike most companies, Albany Distributing does not require the manufacturer's original packaging.

Q: Do I have to pay a restocking fee?
A: Your Plantronics returns will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Q: Can I get my shipping refunded?
A: Shipping charges are fully refundable except for expedited delivery shipping charges. Expedited shipping charges are refundable if there is an error on our part related to your order.

Q: Do you offer free return shipping?
A: We usually pay the return shipping when there is an error on our part related to your order, but for a limited time we will pay all return shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service to request a pre-paid return shipping label.

Q: Do I need to request an RMA?
